Our challenging, healthy holiday season of GIVING Merriment is upon us!

Partaking in motivating, inspirational and most importantly ~
Fun and Festive daily challenges to inspire you throughout the holidays!

Hosted by the lovely ladies Elle of Nutritionella & Lindsay of The Lean Green Bean
The Elf for Health Challenge will start Monday, November 26, 2012 running through the holidays and completing on Saturday, January 5, 2013.
Full of positive nutrition and fitness tips, tricks, inspirations and motivations, it promises to be a rewarding commitment and experience!

Here is our Elf for Health Itinerary for Week 2
Monday, December 3rd through Saturday, December 8th

Monday, December 3
Do you know much fiber do you eat?
Track your fiber intake today!
You should be getting about 14 grams per every 1,000 calories consumed.

Tuesday, December 4
Have a salad today and make your own dressing!

Wednesday, December 5
Pack a healthy snack- and pack extra to share with a friend!

Thursday, December 6
Let’s lift weights! Try an exercise you’ve never done before!

Friday, December 7
Go makeup-free today!

Saturday, December 8
Make a plan!
Plan out your meals for the week and write your workouts down in your planner!
